Don't buy these overpriced pieces of garbage. Building your own system is both cheaper and more rewarding. My dad purchased a CyberPower system a few years ago only to have it set fire a few hours after powering it on and cover his whole room in ash and soot. Not saying that reflects the quality control of Cyberpower or any other pre-built company, but at least when you do something yourself you can be pretty sure it won't set on fire.

OmarFWI got a desktop from CyberpowerPC 6 years ago, before I had the skill/courage to build one myself, and although they did a fairly good job, they didn't install the extra case fan I ordered, they just included it with the packaging. Which would be OK except for the fact that this particular fan would require removing every single component from the PC to install, completely defeating the purpose of paying them and waiting for them to build it.
My room mate a few years later got a desktop from iBuyPower and it wouldn't power on when he first got it. He sent it back to them, and after an extra 2 weeks or so of waiting he finally had a functioning desktop, but they downgraded the defective parts to base models even though he paid extra for an upgraded cooling video card and USB3 motherboard. He then had issues with games crashing frequently for the next year until he eventually got a new motherboard and the problems went away (so they replaced his defective motherboard with a cheaper, also defective motherboard).
I would not recommend these companies for custom desktops. I suppose at least the pre-configured ones should have less issues, but why pay extra for a company to pick your parts for you?

OmarFWyou're right, but unfortunately the sad truth is that sometimes even then a computer part may be faulty or part a bad batch and not know...... and yeah some of them are really over priced!
