I've been wanting one of these for some time, I hope the deal goes through. there are several companies making this watch including STOWA & LACO, the 2 companies that made the originals. If authenticity is your thing then the LACO Leipzig is the closest to the original, case, dial, lume and handwind. The Paderborn is the automatic version, both are 42mm, a much more manageable size than the 55mm originals.
Since they are the same price it would be nice to get a choice of either model and choice of strap color.
The STOWA would be first choice if not for the clear caseback and lack of engraving on the side of the watch. Apparently they are a bit better finished than the LACO's
