Tossing in my vote for the ROCCAT Tyon. Never have I ever laid upon a mouse that elicited such feeling in my loins! Gadget Hackwrench doesn't count because it was just a phase and I'm totally over it and and I didn't even know she was a mouse and I was young and still figuring out my feelings and besides she's voiced by the same actress who does Chip and that feeling of betrayal will never go away and stop looking at me with your judging eyes!
My traumatized childhoood aside, the Tyon has all kinds of features worth checking out. It's marketed to be used for all genres of games and increasing work efficiency via macros. Unfortunately it doesn't look like it has OS X support and it has a laser sensor instead of optical. On Amazon.com it sits at $90.00.
I'd suggest waiting until 5 August for the ROCCAT Nyth to be officially released. It's got a modular design that allows users to 3D print their own buttons. If you haven't heard of it, the hype is fo realz!
