Why didn't we get a Penumbra?

I really appreciate you responding. Is there a space I should be watching on GH to try and help with that or get in on it? dem forums, man. Bringing out my inner noob something fierce, I haven't figured out how to find and participate in group buys on there yet.

Your best bet is likely to check the original group buy thread on GeekHack. https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=51026.0
Bunny has already mentioned that round 2 is going to happen once he and Cody finish off the last bits of shipping for older buys that need priority.
Um why not Retro!???
So, a small update. SP has confirmed that colorways are open and receive no protection. The thread that started this is here: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=78797.0
The confirmation comes in at page 5 via attachment of an email from SP.
For those PuLSE fans, an alternate PuLSE, named Flatline, is currently in IC phase for those interested: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=78847.0
can we have pbt blanks in SA profile?
Noob question: What are these keyset? Looks like Symbiosis but.....

Come on, I NEED a set of the Symbiosis
Honestly, Penumbra, Calm Depths, AND Pulse would sell very well...

Yup, all of those have good potential to sell additional sets. I do see the big clamoring for Pulse and Penumbra, though.
There's also Dusk for those that want something a bit like Calm Depths while still differentiating from it. It's being worked on over at GeekHack. Apparently there have been some difficulties in getting it going on MassDrop.
Idk guys a lot of these were single runs weren't they? PuLSE just sold on ebay for like 300 bucks didn't it? Here's hoping, but honestly this is a shot in the dark...

The colorways are single runs more because no one else has done the work to set up a 2nd run. In the case of Pulse, Mito specifically said he would not do another run so it's left to others which would likely involve more than telling SP to rerun Pulse. They're request-based and will want you to submit an official request. We're getting a 2nd run of Space Cadet via Round 5a as 7-bit has included it. We've had multiple runs of others like Dolch because someone's stepped up to run it. If you want a colorway rerun, plug in the information needed and submit a price request to Signature Plastics for the planned kit(s) and go from there.
It seems like I'm the only one who wants SA Retro. Might help if they put up a photo of the set instead of that placeholder :(. It was an amazing look IMO.
I'm surprised SP doesn't just offer previously made colorsets. Surely they've retained the specs somewhere.

They're typically a request-based company. They're working toward trying to keep more inventory for sale on the PMK site but with the rush of SA profile sets lately, they've been so busy with those runs that there hasn't been enough time to produce other sets. Just look at the March 10 estimated ship date for Troubled Minds. They've also mentioned that they've got staff working overtime with the high SA set demands of late.
Beyond that, if you want something rerun, plug in the colors into some kit templates, get pricing info, then submit for a group buy via the vendor contact option here. There are several sets that would likely be very popular should someone put in for that colorway. Do be careful of novelties though.
I would really like to see the Penumbra SA set reissued.
No love for blank matte SA profile keycaps? :\ I would love a blank black keyboard with colored modifiers (shift, alt, and control)
Definitely going for anything with an ergodox version
I think my favorite part of the Commando 23 is that if it stays true to the earlier run, it's not solid row 3 like some keyboards... Provided they can run it the same. I put in my buy on the Danger Zone key cap set (still going through September), but it's all uniform R3. If you look at the product page for Commando 23, it is R1, R2, R3, R3, R3, R4, which lets them get around SP's weird shift key thing. I consider that to be a HUGE selling point. If it were on sale now, i absolutely would have selected it over Danger Zone, just on the different row profiles alone!
Can we add some colemak options?
O want the Commando 23 so badly! I guess there is no hope anymore, though...
