I have some of the Folts ti-chopsticks (got through a group buy I arranged on a forum), and they're great! They've held up (obviously) perfectly over the years, and the anodizing looks great.
That said, those SK two piece chopsticks are reeeeaaally tempting! Love that they breakdown, and I'd love to support another maker. Steven's stuff (that I have) is all quality.
I already have two pairs of the TiStix, and they're nice… that said, the TiSushi Two-Piece are really interesting to us. We'd go for that, if it was a drop or group buy.
