You can use your regular Xbox controller if you just buy the receiver. The 360 controller drivers are already included in Windows 7 OS.
The Windows Version works both on the PC (Wireless receiver included) and the Xbox 360.

I've only seen wireless receivers and wireless controllers sold separately, with the receivers running for a good extra 20 bucks.
Perhaps this is different packaging/branding/products, but I'd definitely double check that if this poll goes anywhere.
