Why haven't I received a shipping code or response from customer service for my order in over 3 weeks?
Hello, I apologize for using the community to post a customer service ticket essentially, but I haven't gotten any update from this website for my FIRST ORDER regarding some headphones I ordered. Essentially, my partner ordered me some gaming headphones ( Drop + EPOS PC38X) a few weeks ago. I have an attached screenshot of the confirmation code on this post. Normally I'd expect a shipping code to be provided, at most, a week later, but I decided to give this website a little bit more patience because to begin with, my girlfriend was skeptical, but after reading some posts on Reddit recommending this site, I convinced her it wasn't a scam. 3 weeks later, lo and behold, we still have not gotten any kind of shipping update. I am just wondering, on average, how long it takes for an order to get to the buyer here. I think the card I entered with my order has been maxed out. Is there any way that I can change the card details that I entered? If ever this drop ends and my maxed out rejects massdrop's attempt to charge it, is there a chance for me to enter a different card or will my order be cancelled altogether? It would be a real shame if it were the latter because I was among the first 250, and an international buyer at that. I may never get another chance to get this.

I can drive to the US in less than 30mins but suddenly i'm an "international" alien. Us Canadians always get screwed by bullshit policies. Also, what 'exclusive international distribution agreements'? There are no Canadian AKG distributors.
I feel for you : (. Long time ago I lived in a town called Stanstead. Funny thing about Stanstead, it's split in half. North half is in Quebec, southern half is in Vermont. I had friends in the American half of town who got to order stuff from Amazon, use Pandora, watch Netflix... etc, while I sat in quebec waiting for Canada Post to deliver my NCIX shipments.
It really sucks that we can't ship these internationally. There's nothing I want more than to see a K7XX in every country and we really appreciate your understanding this is beyond our control right now : (
I sent about 2 emails a while ago. Haven't gotten a reply yet. The drop's about to reach 2000 units so I'm a little paranoid right now :(
Hasn't anyone had an experience where they entered a maxed out card before the drop ended? I want to know if there's an option to change the card you entered if ever the drop ends and massdrop charges a maxed-out card, of if my order just gets cancelled and I lose my below 250 serial number :(
