So classy... so tempted...
Al Mar is a great brand. Founded by a US Green Beret of chinese ethnicity. Really beautiful knives, even if this example uses the common AUS-8 steel, it's at least an easy to sharpen and easy to maintain steel. Nice drop!

cornstarAlso, in my experience, they come sharpened from the factory sharper than any other knife that I have owned. On top of that, they have great customer service if you ever have any issues.
