Okay little knife. Emphasis on little.
The Al Mar Ultralight is a light and little knife. However it's too light and too little. Maybe it's my big paws, but it was hard to manipulate this little thing. Hard to deploy and hard to close. It's a shame too. This was the first Al Mar that I've ever owned. I've heard such great things about them, like "out of the box sticky sharp" and "easy deployment". It's was sharp, but not sticky sharp and because of it's size it wasn't very easy to open. I'll definitely buy another Al Mar, but an older one and not one made in China.

curlyraiThis is a lame review. You knew the size of the knife before you bought it, we know the size of the knife -- it's in the details of the drop listing.

kolbeansI've owned and appreciated smaller knives, but this knife was hard to operate. Something the spec sheet won't tell you.

curlyraiFair point. I think ergonomics generally encompasses this type of thing. So the size isn't necessarily the problem, the ergos sure are.

EvshrugIs the 2.75 showing up as an option to select when you pre-order? The larger two sizes are showing up as options but the smallest is not for me. Is anyone else having this issue?

fletch2468Oh yeah, I’m not seeing the tiny option either. I would probably go for a longer one anyway.
