Hey Guys,
We called and spoke to the vendor earlier today and have mixed news. They let us know that a partial batch (around 100) of the sunglasses will be dropped off for shipment and en route to our warehouse by the end of the week. The vendor also let us know that they will be fulfilling orders based on style types (Lenses, size, etc) rather than when a customer placed their order.
We also inquired about when the expect the remaining batch to ship and were, unfortunately, not promised a specific time period other than that they are currently looking into it.
This information is disappointing to say the least and the delay is understandably undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for the sunglasses and want to have your order cancelled, just email us at support@massdrop.com, and we will process the refund right away.
