I'm not sure I understand how this works... you plug the mic into the audio jack, correct? Then where do the headphones go? I don't have two audio jacks so I suppose I'm missing something here...

What you need is a 3.5mm 4 position to 2x 3 position 3.5mm M/F adapter to go into your single audio port.
I am using this one.

ps: you can always go for an external sound card but I guess this adapter is cheaper
