Damn, I already bought one about a month back. It's a great mic but i bought the uni version and it will pick up sounds in the background. People in overwatch tell me it picks up my keyboard cause I use open mic.

brollyOpen mic rather than voice activated? If you set your voice activation correctly it should block it out. Unless you're using Skype or something, where its always open. One thing to try is moving the mic closer to your mouth (avoid your breath stream though!) and turning down the mic sensitivity. Should work, in theory :)

AntlionJoe"open mic" setting in Overwatch is indeed voice activated. Ive tried every which way and it picks up everything....there are no mic sensitivity settings in the game though.

brollyAh... yeah you'd need a way to turn down the gain on your hardware side/soundcard... that may simply not be an option. If you couldn't tell from the name I work with Antlion, so I had hoped to be able to help! I don't like it when things aren't "perfect!" At least I hope you have a clackity mechanical keyboard, most people don't report any issues with kbd noise unless theirs is particularly loud... or they're very heavy handed :D - but that doesn't help your situation. Hit up our support if its a major issue to you and our tech team (who is not me) may have some extra ideas!

AntlionJoeMy kbd is cherry red switched so not overly loud but without mic gain settings it's not something I can dial in.
Most importantly though, people tell me it sounds like a professional mic.
