Got mine just now, but I must say the USB audio adapter sucks balls, the sound is so muddy. my motherboards built in realtek is much more crips and clear. just putting that out there for future drops... in my case that was a waste of an extra 8$

gizmothegreeninteresting, it's the complete opposite for me. My ASUS gaming motherboard has a lot of static on the mic - the USB DAC helped me out.
