I have one of these! I highly recommend it. When I first got it, I taped the mount on the side of my Beyerdynamic DT880 but I felt like the mic was too far from my mouth and was too unsightly. After I got the Beyerdynamic T90, I put the mount on the front below the hinge (in the picture above, the hinge is barely seen at the bottom center). This location requires a 90 degree bend but is not unsightly. I haven't had any issues with EMI. Definitely play with the mount locations before taping it on. Everyday I bring my headphones with me to work and leave the AntLion at home, the magnetic mount is perfect for this. The cable/wire is malleable but stiff, no problems there. I haven't had any complaints about clarity from my friends (although one said he can hear me breathing when I have it in front of my mouth but it was at least clear).
