OK, so I just got the chair, and followed the instructions to put it together. After putting it together, it looks like the gas lift isn't working, it's just limp, it didn't have a red thing to remove when i got it. How can I get a replacement? Also, the instructions on your website for removing the gas lift seem to only aid me in damaging the lift, and I don't even have a poly-grip or whatever it's called. http://www.arozzi.se/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/Arozzi_Gaslift_Guide.pdf
Is it possible to just get a replacement gas lift and five-star base? I can supply video evidence of me demonstrating the faulty part right after i took it out of the box.
