I received mine yesterday. Very impressed with the build quality for a $150 rig. Only issue with mine is it is missing one of the 8 feet that sit on the floor. It was missing a foot on the steering wheel base. I took one of the 4 off the back base to be able to use it for now. I guess I will test their customer service and see how easy it is to get the foot I am missing.

I already got an email back. They said to send a copy of the receipt and an image of the bottom showing the missing foot and they would ship one out.

I sent over a couple of emails with pictures after a phone conversation and was supposed to receive a phone call.... still none. I even sent another email yesterday and still nothing.

I sent an email to support yesterday. Mine came damaged (bent steering wheel plate, squished tube opening, and a broken foot). I'll let y'all know how it goes!

That's too bad! I'm actually surprised you had that much damange. I found the packaging to be very good. I can only guess that unfortunately the shipping company must have very poorly handled your unit. Mine was flawless from a shipping perspective. No damage. Of course I live close and received mine with just one day of transit I believe.

Mine had a broken adjustment knob out of the box - the one that adjusts steering wheel height was snapped off and laying loose in the packaging. No damage to the box. Picture attached. I emailed Arozzi this morning, sent them a picture, a PDF of my Massdrop receipt, and my address; and they replied a few hours today with a tracking number for the replacement knob! Great service!

Their service has been fantastic in my experience. I had some chips on my desk when I ordered and received replacement tops within a couple days.

It took about a week and a half but I did get the foot mine was missing and they actually sent an extra one with it as well. Not as fast as they got you fixed up but still good support!
