FireballfreeIt's hard to say exactly, I've had the chair for about two years and I think I started noticing noises after ~6 months and the lift mechanism stopped working a month or two after that. So within the first year I'd say. I'm on the chair for 2-4 hours a day, 4-5 days a week, and I'm 6ft 200lb; maybe others have had better luck?

named000000Just curious, when you started having issues 6&7 months in with noises and then the lift mechanism did you contact us? Also, if you are within your two year warranty period I would like the opportunity to right the wrong here. In fact, if you were within your 2 year warranty 21 weeks ago when writing your review of the product I will make sure you are taken care of! Just mention my name in the email to our service team.
