@ArozziScott I submitted a ticket on the Arozzi Support page on 6/12 in the evening (chair arrived in mangled box and was missing the piston, base, washers, wheels, etc.) and have yet to hear back. I understand that you mentioned the team is under high-volume right now and is not at full-staff due to E3. I just wanted to check with you and make sure my ticket will get looked at and that I just need to wait a little longer to get a reply. Thanks in advance.

LogicWeaselYes. E3 has us all 100% preoccupied. Don't worry we will get things caught up ASAP. If for some reason you don't hear from us by Monday afternoon please send another mail. I know it's a long time to wait but E3 only comes once a year.
