1. Yes the backrest will lock fully upright. 2. The lumbar support is fully adjustable. 3. Head rest has some adjust-ability as most people in the office do use the neck pillows and can find a comfortable spot. 4. You are correct on the arm rest. They do not have width adjustments.

- Back locks up fully upright - correct ? Your site mentions the tilting quite a bit, but just want to confirm that it does lock solidly upright. My current office chair doesn't lock upright, and that's pretty hard on the back.
- Lumbar support slides up and down for the perfect spot. - Head Rest - I can't tell if that's height adjustable or not, only that it's removable. If you remove it though it looks like you have the plastic "seat belt" grommets there to lay your head on, so I think I'd rather keep it on.
-Arm chairs are height adjustable and swivel inwards or outwards, but not width adjustable. -Height is adjustable obviously.
If you could help me fill in the blanks I would appreciate it.
