Received my chair today and as many others have already stated mine was damaged in shipping as well. Mainly plastic pieces around the arm rest. Box was beat all to hell and I am surprised the damage was not worse than what it was. Initial thoughts are that I am glad I only paid $150 for this chair as there is no way I would pay full retail for this unit. The arm rests are extremely flimsy and I don't see them lasting more than a few months with any kind of hard usage. Chair is much narrower than expected even after taking the dimensions provided into consideration. Going back and reading the description I find it laughable at how oversold it is when in reality this chair comes across as a flea market special rather than the "high end" gaming chair described. I have an original AK octane I bought at best buy over 10 years ago that even after all this time is still in better condition than this unit right out of the box.
