I'm surprised there seems to be so many issues with everyone's orders. I got mine a little over a week ago and it was in great condition. The box was scuffed, like it had been pushed on the floor instead of lifted... But that's kinda expected when dealing with large packages. No dents, holes, or tears in the box. All the hardware, plastic pieces, and other small bits we're accounted for. Construction took a minute and I did end up putting the seat onto the lift backwards... But after getting it together the chair is awesome! It took less than 24 hours before my girlfriend decided she wanted one, so I signed up for the next drop. For the ~$150 massdrop price, this chair is an absolute steal. Even after seeing the horror stories below, I'm still going to buy one for my girlfriend. If something breaks during transit and I have to RMA it, I'm still getting a stupid good deal. If there is one criticism I can give, it would be to print better instructions. I couldn't tell which way was the "front" of the base and ended up putting it on backwards. There is an indicator on the base itself, but it's engraved in black metal so it's hard to see in low light.
This was my first purchase from both Arozzi and massdrop, but it definitely won't be my last from either of them.

MupsI like the chair and Arozzi seems to be responding to customers so its still not a bad deal. Its probably just an error in a few hundred boxes from china.

MupsI've bought their Arena gaming table previously, and two of the Verona Pro chairs from this drop. The table is fantastic, and I'm enjoying the chair that came with all the parts. So far Arozzi has been very responsive with support emails. My impression is that they got blindsided with the issue and needed a week or so to understand what happened.
Regarding the instructions, I screwed the base on. Then I noticed it was orientated backwards to the diagram in the instructions. Plus the little arms that control height were block bolts for the chair arms. So I removed the base and bolted it in reverse. When I got the chair done, I was amazed how far forward it would lean. I got it right the third time.
So I agree, the instructions could be clearer. I also agree that it's a crazy good deal all things considered.
