@arozziserviceteam I have contacted support and it's been over 24 hours since I've heard back. I was told that my replacement backrest would be shipped out tomorrow almost a week ago but no update since (no tracking or anything). I also just received my replacement parts which had the incorrect screws and not enough washers. I'm getting really frustrated and would like some actual support...
EDIT: Upon further inspection, the screws that they sent me aren't even M8 screws... they are too small to fit into any of the holes. Hopefully I will get a response from support soon. :(

kir13yThat is ridiculous. I haven't received a confirmation number for tracking either, but I'm going to flip out on these people if they sent me the wrong parts. I got 2 broken chairs with missing pieces, I really don't want to have to deal with them again. Messing up once is one thing, but twice just means they're an unorganized company that doesn't care about quality or customers.

DianaRI just got a call from Arozzi and it seems that the problems were all on the manufacturer's side. It wasn't really their fault that these issues occurred. Although I did have some trouble getting in contact via email, once I called their support line, we got it fixed in 5 mins. So hopefully I will receive a confirmation email and tracking info soon.
