You asked me not to post what you wrote. I am perfectly free to post what I wrote. I was sincerely trying to help you get the information you needed and remain here to help anyone else. I am very sorry that I was not able to help you or meet the high standards you expect.

ArozziScottI have been looking for a new chair but this is definitely a pass if this is the kind of attitude you guys have towards potential customers.
IncyHI Incy, I was polite and courteous to the poster in his private email exchange, as you can see by my post. I am, again, sorry, if somehow I misunderstood what he was looking for or could not reach his expected standard. I simply tried to show that our site gives information differently than the other site he referred to but still has plenty of information, enough for most people. Also the posting here on Massdrop has a great deal, too, That's why I asked several times for exactly what information he needed. I never got a direct response. He could have said, oh your site doesn't have castor diameter, for example , and I could have provided that. Or, I just noticed that somehow our warranty has been deleted from the site accidentally, I could have provided that (and BTW, it will be back up soon, the web people are in Sweden so there is always a bit of a lag) But I never got a direct question to answer. Again, I will endeavor to answer all questions to the best of my ability. Thank you for your interest.

OmfgLaGGLegitimately (and it was quite a legitimate line of inquiry, with every effort to be courteous and patient -- I will forward you my side of the conversation, if you wish, and you can stitch it all together and make your own call) questioning a seller is one thing, even if I do understand where you're coming from with your point of view / resentment but, please don't take out your outrage on any Massdrop user that disagrees with you.
In any case, do you really wish to have dealings with a company that is so ready to expose your (the customer / potential customer) communications to the world, in order to gain some out-of-context leverage in a silly internet Discussion. xD
