Here is the response I just received,
" Thank you for contacting Massdrop Support. We're sorry to hear that you did not receive what you were expecting and we would like to help get this resolved.
First, to help us look into this can you please send photos of what you received, including the packing slip, SKU stickers (this will have a "MDX-" followed by some number and/or letters), and shipping labels?
From there, we can investigate what happened and work on a resolution for you.
I am not very happy with this response, I get the feeling that they are working to shift the blame.
Oh well off to take some photo's and send a few email's.

That is a terrible position for them to take (requiring pictures, etc.) considering they are well aware at this point that everyone received the wrong item. Massdrop you should be posting in this thread and acknowledging you screwed this up and will immediately have the correct item sent out, along with a prepaid return label.
Your right. Its extremely unprofessional not to address everyone on here as of what to do knowing that they screwed up our orders.
I just submitted everything if I get a response. If I hear anything I'll let you know.
I am going to bet they arent going to do anything unless the person emails them about receiving the wrong item. And then make everyone send theme pictures. Very unprofessional. They should just email everyone about the screw up with a tracking number for their original order.
