1. Go to the product receipt and click on help center 2. Address you received the wrong item and would like to know what steps are needed to send it back to receive the product you ordered 3. Get pictures of everything on your slip that came in the package just to be safe and a picture of the M01 4. Wait angrily for response email 5. When it comes send everything along with your digital receipt 6. Haven't gotten this far yet I hope this can help a few of you I know it would have helped me.
