After 2 days the LEDs under the ` and the 2 keys stopped working. Started the RMA process and completed it without a hitch. They had 2 options for RMA, a cross-ship option and a you send yours back and we'll send you a new one when it gets here. I at first chose the cross ship. Well, they sent me a form to scan and fill out. Some of the fields they needed was credit card info. I really didn't want to be transmitting my credit card number over the internet, and to have them store it unencrypted somewhere so I went with the 2nd option. It took a little longer but whatever, I have other keyboards. The new board shows up in an acceptable amount of time. I open it up, go to plug it in and...the \ keycap is missing. Back to customer support email, I tell them and they waste no time sending out the missing keycap. A couple days later it arrives and I put it on. The keyboard is working great. It feels great while typing, the function button to control things like volume and the like, is pretty sweet, saves desk space. The case is awesome, the aluminum looks cool and is really really solid. I came home yesterday and the LED under the L key are not working. *sigh*
