I usually receive my watches in about 12 to 16 days, in Australia!! This watched was shipped on June 13, according to the shipping updates it hasn't reached the airport in N.Y. yet !!. Anyway my last watch was lost in transit!! Drop refunded me , their support center has always been good. I am advised to call after 4 weeks or so if it hasn't arrived.
But I was wondering if anyone, of the 60+ buyers, particularly those resident in eastern U.S. , have received theirs yet??(Just to see if it has been shipped).
If it isn't going to come I will like the refund ASAP, as this watch is selling out fast here in Australia: okay maybe $30 of $40 more but still not bad value for money for a discontinued model.
Got notified yesterday - mine's at my post office now. It seems that everything is taking longer these days, but this wasn't too bad. I'm in Norway btw.
Same situation here, my watch was "shipped" to Spain on June 16 and it's still sitting at the departing DHL location in USA. Apparently Drop has chosen to use the cheapest shipping option I.e. Donkey, Canoe and if you complain, they place the blame on anything with covid 19 being the latest easy excuse out.
I did ask if the watch was on the "Snowpiecer" train!!! That's applicable if you have seen the movie or TV show. i.e.. it only comes around the globe twice a year or less!!
