I know there's people out there who are knife collectors and eat this stuff up, but... I'm sorry I can't justify spending that much on a paring knife.

tyler555I love knives, but honestly couldn't justify this either. There are so many better paring knives for much cheaper, the steel isn't that good and the design isn't very original. If you want a reasonably priced chef knife set, check out Richmond Artifex

OhWhyHelloUh. CPM154 with a good heat treat is pretty outstanding steel. Richmond Artifex's knives are about ten times less original than this and the steel on this is vastly superior.

OhWhyHelloI exclusively use Shun's. Great knives. Speaking of! We should get a Shun Santoku drop! I would love to buy one or two for christmas gifts.
