Apologies for the delay in response. There were a few orders that had to be cancelled because the vendor did not have bolts with a full 12 yards on it. Those members were sent an email. Sometimes those get put in junk or spam folders. Please check there for an email just to make sure it's not missed.
For the remaining members that did not receive an email, but are still waiting on their order, I have checked in with the warehouse team to see why there is a delay. I will post back when I have more info.
I recommend reaching out to Customer Support as well.

SandyLucasI did send an email to Massdrop‘s customer support and did not get much help or clear indication of what is happening there. I’ve been very disappointed in how they have not handled this. I did not receive any email from Massdrop in regards to my purchase so I have no clue if I am still waiting on my fabric to arrive or if my purchase was cancelled. I checked my spam folder as well. I have hit a wall and don’t know what to do next. I’m afraid that I’m not going to hear a single word about this order again.
