I've tried contacting Massdrop Support at support@massdrop.com but I've yet to receive a reply. At this point I've decided to open a dispute on PayPal to see if Massdrop will at least respond to that. If they do not reply then I will escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim, since they haven't responded to my e-mails either.
I advise everyone else who hasn't received their lighter(s) to do the same or look at other options depending on your payment gateway (chargebacks etc). We've waited patiently, but if they're not even going to offer us any support then we'll have to make them listen this way.
I can guarantee everyone here that this is the first and last time I ever order anything from Massdrop.

fasedude you get a huge discount, i get this lighter for the 4th of the price i would have to pay for it here. Massdrop is working hard it's a small company that has a huge grow recently. don't go al overboard and complain about it jus at least wait for their repley. Give them a chance!

Stij_nListen. I don't like your attitude. Don't act as if we are impatient. We have given them a chance. My response is not over the top at all. I'm aware that we got a big discount but that doesn't mean our products can go undelivered. We have waited very patiently without saying a single word but when it's like this:
Date Purchased: November 28th, 2013 Status: Shipped (December 17th, 2013)
Then this it starts to get really over the top. Just because they gave us a big discount doesn't mean we have to wait a month and a half (and going) for our order to be delivered. I don't care how hard they work or how big they are. That's not my problem. I paid for something and I didn't get the product yet after a month and a half (and going) so obviously I will complain.
