are these as comfy as magnanni/santoni??? that's my expectation since i have dress shoes from those 2. I can wear those shoes all day.

OnePunchManComfort is a difficult metric to quantify as it is so subjective, but I will say that these shoes are objectively better than the two brands you mention. They also have a quilted insole, which certainly looks comfy in pictures!

IanAndersonhow thick/thin are the insole? squishy? firm? and i dont see a picture, and my googlefu is failing me.

OnePunchManWe're using the same quilted heel cup we use in our dress shoes, which you can see a picture of on our website on any oxford or derby product. Our insoles are a pretty standard 1/8 inch with a layer of cork. Many members have found that the shoes and boots break in very quickly!
