kernunrexthey had an alternate display because when this first released everyone only really wanted the deck "mind seize" as it has a few really popular legacy staples that have only been printed in this set of 5 decks in THAT deck - true-name nemesis and toxic deluge. true-name nemesis was so popular initially it became a 50$ card and the mind seize deck even though MSRP was 35$ was selling for 70$ to keep up with the TNN pricing. so when they did a drop of this once, they gave out two mind seize decks in light of one of the other decks, to help quell that desire for the card(s).
packdaddyToxic Deluge was actually in the Eternal Bargain deck, not the Mind Seize deck.
And while these decks don't really have much more than 1 money card per deck, the cards in them are almost all EDH staples so especially if you are new these were a great place to start even if you were just going to tear them apart.
