"Tactical Pens" are the stupidest idea ever conceived by mall ninjas.
The whole idea of using a pen as an impact weapon is that it's improvised and can be ruled as self-defense in the court.
Guess what's gonna happen if the lawyer of the person you hit present your "tactical pen" as evidence?
It will be classified as a weapon and you will be viewed as having an intent to use it.
Just get a regular, non-tactical pen that's nevertheless tough and you'll be a million times better off.

DoctorXDoesn't matter if it's self-defense.
DoctorXThe Tactical Pen is built in a way that allows it to be used in a huge variety of conditions and situations. There is plenty of knurling for grip, the space pen cartridge allows it to write pretty much anywhere, and the all metal design provides the durability that is lacking in your average pen. The pen and attachments sold here are all TSA approved, meaning that you can truly take it wherever you need to go.
