LukasMAs of November 17, this is the only PCBA that's out of stock. Why does DROP hate the Shift so much? Even your own customer support says that "as a rule" Shift doesn't receive the same support as ALT or CTRL. Why is that?

LukasMAs of November 17 this the only PCBA that's out of stock. Customer service is quoted as saying "as a general rule, Shift doesn't receive the same support as CTRL and ALT." That's super messed up. Why release a product you don't care about and don't support? It's not like the configurator works with the Shift 1. IDK it doesn't make sense to intentionally inflict Ls by putting out a product this way.

Any chance of a Shift V1 upgrade combo? I'm tempted to get the V2 PCBA, foam kit, and some new HPX clear switches, but at current prices I could just about get a full new V2 shift.

This would be used to fix a malfunctioning Shift V1, correct? Mine is out of warranty and has the issue where it disconnects at random but the LEDs stay on.
