For anyone else unsuccessfully trying to track a DHL delivery, try https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/ — all the other trackers I was directed to, or found by myself, were just saying ‘Preparing’, ‘Pending’, or ‘No result’, e.g. massdrop.aftership.com, track.aftership.com, ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/, and aftership.com/couriers/ — I only discovered this having seen the 15th January dispatch date changed to the 19th January without any activity, and then still none on the 20th (today), when in fact happily I've now found my package was shipped on the 11th and is well on the way!

southisup… and even that tracker ‘hung’ after the package cleared customs here. The tent did reach me though, on the 25th, and when scanned over to me at the post office, the DHL tracker updated almost immediately with the multiple remaining steps of its journey being added in one fell swoop. The box was battered, but its contents were complete and all good.
