I got them today. But the smaller tumbler set was damaged from shipping. Pretty much smashed up and broken. Is there anything Massdrop can do ?

Bartman619I received my set yesterday and one of the tumblers (smallest) was smashed. I contacted Massdrop, and I am waiting for a reply.

moonwalksmodelThe packaging could have been way better. The 3 tumbler boxes were placed in a bigger box with just 34little air bags on the top and bottom with no protection on the sides. I think they need to rethink a safer more protective packaging.

Bartman619I complained about the packing. Mine came in a box a little larger than the original box the tumblers came in with two little air bags on the bottom (both deflated).
