Question: Can this be used as airplane carry on luggage? I am also thinking about plane travel on European airlines.

MishaXI think the height (21.5") is just over European carry on standards (20" if I recall correctly). That being said, I'm sure you could squish it down to size if push came to shove

SylentKnightThank you. I am not sure if this is what I need for European travel. I think a pack where the straps and flaps can be zipped up might be a better choice for lots of plane trips. If anyone has any recommendations, please.
