MarPablThank's again for your diligence. Future buyers please note we had a batch of manufacturing issues with our Breed sunglasses. We replaced or offered a refund to those unhappy. We offer 100% customer satisfaction. These Sunglasses are of excellent quality for $39 and the best deal offered. If your unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to me and we will find a solution. We have sold thousands of products on drop and the amount of issues are well under 2%. Let me know if I can help! Thanks!

BryanBinno“These sunglasses are excellent quality for $39”. That you had to add that $$ qualifier actually sounds rather damming, considering they’re supposed to be $200 glasses. 🤔

SefaliYou’re right, a seller shouldn’t be saying that, but that really is the way a consumer should look at LOTS of products. A 1500$ Invicta watch selling for 250$ for instance.

BryanBinnoYou can count on me 😄 Now, let's analyze the remarks...
  • Replaced or offered refund for Breed 🕶 well that one only happened in the first awful Drop, and we don't always have evidence if the final customer was totally taken care of. Where were you from the second one and on?

    • Excellent quality for 💲3️⃣9️⃣ many disagree with that one, otherwise the ratings wouldn't be that low.
    • It would be really nice if you do as you write here, for example responding to every dissatisfied customer you've got with the 🕶 and take care of them. When the ratings 📈 I'll start believing in the supposed customer care.

BryanBinnoHere we're discussing 🕶 not ⌚ but now that we're 🗣 It's quite disturbing how can Shield ⌚ advertise themselves as divers when there's no way those ⌚ fulfill the requirements and aren't even tested for divers. That lead me to 💭 if the brand is capable to lie that way, how can I be sure if these 🕶 really provide any sort of UV protection? Or any good polarization? If one brand can lie regarding a diver specification, what can we expect regarding UV protection specification? Because even if the 🕶 has CE written, it may be the same as "diver" written in the dial. Learn about CE https://vain.store/blogs/news/uv400-ce-mark-sunglasses-guide I'm referring to these awful false advertisements:

SefaliThe price you would be buying them at is $39, the best deal ever offered. We have sold these sunglasses for $99-$225 for the past 3 years. We work closely with DROP in ensuring they offer the best deal price, always.

MarPablWe follow the same standard as the watch industry follows. Citizen, Seiko offer 20 ATM watches and call them dive watches, divers and divemasters. This is a very common among all watch brands . We don't invent wheel, we follow the largest names in the watch industry. Based on reviews people LOVE their Shield watches.

BryanBinnoAnother big lie. Citizen and Seiko only put diver on the dial for their real diver ⌚ and not for all of them. You can call the ⌚ a diver if you want, but going ahead and writing diver on the dial is on another league. Oh and 2️⃣0️⃣ ATM 💧 resistance doesn't make you a diver ⌚ Not diver, only 💧 resistance. No diver written in dial

Even if the ⌚ has the same colors and look similar, those aren't the same. So the Shield⌚ "divers" are lying. As I 🗣 there's no respect for specifications. What can we expect for the 🕶⁉️ Maybe no UV no polarization and that's harmful and dangerous for the 👀 And after the terrible start here with the Breed 🕶 we expect real interest to sort out the many issues here. Just saying that customers have been taken care of with no evidence and realizing the many false advertisements we're getting here... there's really no confidence with any remark backed 🆙️ with nothing but words... when we see actual, verifiable actions taken, which are really little indeed 😓, we may start believing.

BryanBinnoWe're not making it up...we had many customers email us and were taken care of. Some picked out other sunglasses as well. Most people don't update their comment or review and some don't reach out at all even after offering help. I'm confused, do you own any of our products? Have you had an instance where you bought something and we didn't try to help? We're being very transparent. You are also basing your comments on other peoples reviews, what about the other 100+ who didn't review, is it safe to say their satisfied? Every time we sell a brand of ours on DROP you comment and tell people beware and your totally entitled to do that, I'm trying to understand why if you don't own or ever tried our products for yourself! Give something a shot, try it for yourself and see how you like it and better yet if you don't reach out to us and see how we remedy the situation. Thank you!

BryanBinnoI don't own any products from Result Co. I only share what has happened before here. When I'm about to buy anything I'm used to research. So here I'm compiling the history of the brand. Which as a buyer, that's something I totally appreciate when I'm deciding to buy or not 😀 The only verifiable data we have is the reviews which I'm sharing here. You may have taken care of some customers by email, but that's no verifiable data. As I 🗣, if the customers, not you, detected the "failed first batch", you really need to 🆙️ the 🎮 and make sure from that moment on you really take care of everyone, and make sure they at least confirm you tried helping them. That hasn't happened for everyone as it clearly shows on the reviews. Theres no evidence the brand is getting better, the reviews aren't in the 📈 and let's not even consider getting close to stellar levels... Because the plain truth is that many got some really bad 🕶 which is something you could have avoided in the first place. Again the thousands of clients aren't verifiable data, there's no way to know if they're satisfied or not. Maybe they're disappointed and forgot about it, or they like what they got 🤷🏻‍♂️ So instead of 🗣 about the uncertain, it's better working on what is right here. When I find out the customers are being taken care of and I see the quality is immensely enhanced, I may give these products a go ✔

BryanBinnoExactly. If you sell them for $225, you should be touting them as excellent quality for $225, and a steal at $39 I suspect you said it right the first time though, and they’re just decent $39 glasses. Should be a bit more careful and deliberate with your choice of words.
