Anyone having trouble trying to get a defective battery replaced? Manufacturers page says it has a year coverage from date of purchase. Drop says it's only 30 days since there is no description on their page stating any warranty.

My take is if it has a manufacturer's warranty, it should be covered. Drop is giving me a hard time to get a battery exchanged, or to aid in getting a battery exchanged.
I've been a long Drop customer, and if this is their policy, I will need to rethink any future business.
