Wow pretty big price jump. Last time these wallets were offered on MD the final price was $20.

whackoEven at $39.99, these are a great price for a hand stitched good made from quality Wickett & Craig leather.
I know goods like these may seem "expensive", but they truly do take a lot of time to produce while being hand stitched.

whackoWe have always offered these at the same price. I can double check, but there's no way that we would able to sell these for $20 without everyone losing money.

whackoI think you're talking about the DIY kit for the wallet. Those were $20 apiece and came with leather already punched, needles and thread to sew it together.

whackoHmm, interesting. I stand corrected. That was the first time we dropped this product (long before I worked here) so I can't tell you about what conversation led to that price. That was very early in this community's life, so I imagine both parties were experimenting to see what the community thought. Either way, it has been $29.99 every drop since then and I think that's a very fair price.
