I think Brian Fellhoelter might not have the capacity to make them in quantity for MD...afterall he sold them out as quickly as he can make them on his site. His drops are typically over in minutes and he sold them direct at FULL price too.
It would also be bad business for him to flood the market with these pens. They are desirable simply because the market demands are not satisfied
