An update for the group, due to an inventory error at the vendor's warehouse we were sent the wrong type of Signo RT pens. This lead to our warehouse team sending the incorrect pens for each order once the bulk order arrived with us. Each group member was shipped a set of the Signo RT 0.7 rather than than 0.38.
We have identified the error and contacted the vendor. They are currently working on preparing the shipment with the correct pens. We will update the group as soon as this order is shipped from the vendor's warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience but will make sure to get this remedied as soon as possible
