Another update for you all. I just spoke to our representative from Fjallraven and they let us know that they are "a little slow right now with year end inventory and the Holiday" but based on the numbers their team may have oversold and that is the reason the full order was not shipped. Our rep is working on the backorder as we speak and will be able to provide us more information over the next couple of days.
This is unfortunate as we were not notified prior to the order shipping and were unable to set your expectations. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue as soon as we can and will keep you all updated throughout the process.
We also understand this delay is rather undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for the hats and want to have your order cancelled, just email us at support@massdrop.com, and we will process the refund right away.

HassanSRegarding this unshipped batch - if we got a notification about our hat being shipped via Massdrop is that a definite confirmation that it is indeed en route? Or was this notification sent out to everyone by default when Massdrop thought it had gotten the entire set?

That is correct. If you have tracking info it means the order is on the way. You can find that in your transaction page, by clicking your avatar on the top right of the page.
