Sure - you can see it easily in both the first two pictures. the shot of the entire bag shows excessive seam puckering. (Some would be expected in a bag of this weight in this price range ... but there's a lot.) The second picture, a close-up of the side and end of the bag, shows a closer view of the stitches themselves. Both sets of issues indicate sewing machine setup sloppiness, in the first instance differential feed, in the second tension issues AND operator sloppiness. The upper stitches are loose and uneven.
