Hey, This is my first purchased drop. Was wondering how confirmation works. I haven't gotten any emails or confirmation in my mass drop account that states that I'm in. But i've been charged for the product at my bank. Does this mean everything is going well? And should I be expecting a confirmation/shipping email once you guys receive the product?

V.ValagaoI could leave this question for Massdrop mods, but to ensure you get a timely response I'll give a quick summation of my experience.
After the drop ends, the Massdrop staff submit their order to the supplier and the supplier starts production etc. The Massdrop staff will contact the supplier to make sure everything is operating according to schedule and will update the group here in the Discussion section. Each time the Massdrop staff puts an update in the Discussion section, they will always put dates for the next expected update. As you can see above, nelson (with an "M" next to his name signifying he's a member of the staff) states that the order has been placed and the group can expect an update of 11/13 or sooner. That might mean there are several other updates coming before the product ships out, but that's a general time frame for the next step. Once the orders start shipping out, you should receive an email, sent to the email on your profile, with tracking information. If you do not see this email, you can also check under your "Transactions" to get tracking information once the product has been shipped out.
