I joined the Frank Lloyd Wright Writers Bundle and received the wrong product. Instead of three notebooks and a set of notecards I received three notebooks and a puzzle. I sent an email to Support and they replied that this happened to several people and they're trying to figure out what to do and will email me again. It is now 5 days without a resolution to this problem. This is the second time MD has sent me the wrong product. I think they need to consider stepping up the QA in the shipping/fulfillment department. I'm sure they will eventually arrive at a fair resolution but it's such a pain returning items, etc.
