Finally someone is actually listening and DOING something about this. I cannot wait to be out of this drop. This has been one of the worst experiences on Massdrop I've ever had. No communication, outright WRONG information being presented...this is a joke. Here's hoping my cancellation goes through quickly and smoothly. I expect you'll be getting a lot of them.
