I have the 3L one and it's the best thing I've bought in ages, far superior to any other hydration system I've used. That being said this isn't that cheap I got mines in Costco for less. This won't even appeal to many internationals either as they sell them overseas and you can find then reading the EU for same price or less.
The customer service at geigerrig is pretty good, I lost the bulb on an exercise as once you dismantle it to clean system specially looser if you don't use the cuff(came included on mine) and they replaced it for me and I was based back in the UK at the time and I bought it in Seattle on my way up to whistler.
