The first batch of orders has been shipped people whose order shipped should have received an email with tracking.
Upon closer inspection our vendor noticed that a large portion of the group's order was received in damaged condition. Our vendor has reached out to the manufacturer in order to acquire replacements. As soon as we hear back in regards to the shipping schedule for these units we will make sure to update the group.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 11/30 or sooner if something comes up.

elimelendezPlease do right by your customers. What are you going to do to make up for this terrible service? I understand that the delay is with the vendor, but your customers don't have a say in that and we deal directly with you. Perhaps you should speak with the vendor about a partial refund or bonus items or something to make up for this order being so messed up.
