The vendor has confirmed that the second batch of units is currently en route to their warehouse. Based on the shipping schedule provided these units should be in their warehouse late next week. As soon as they come in the vendor will ship them directly to customers.
We will make sure to keep the group updated on the fulfillment process.

elimelendezSo help me, if you're not going to do anything to satisfy your customers you will be getting a very public series of reviews on every platform of social media. Get your vendor on the line and see what they can do to help make your customers believe in you again.
